This explains the current public POM prototype and what happens when different features are used. POM does not currently sell access, take customer payments, create user accounts, or run advertising trackers.

Information stored on this device

Optional notes, structured memories with version history, and answers you explicitly correct are stored in your browser's localStorage. These records are not encrypted, are not cross-device synchronized, and may be accessible to anyone with access to the device or scripts running on the same origin. Browser clearing or eviction can remove them. Do not save passwords, IDs, medical records, payment credentials, or other sensitive personal details here. The in-session chat transcript is kept in page memory and is not intentionally persisted by POM.

Local model use

If you tap Load on-device AI, the browser fetches Transformers.js and the selected pretrained model files from third-party networks such as jsDelivr and Hugging Face. Those services and the host may process normal request metadata including IP addresses. Model inference occurs in a browser worker when supported; POM does not send your questions to its own inference server in this mode. Offline model availability and performance are not guaranteed.

Tap-to-dictate voice input

When your browser supports speech recognition, you can tap the POM microphone, speak, tap again to stop, review the resulting text and press Send. POM does not create audio files, save recordings or auto-send transcripts. Your browser or operating system may send microphone audio to its own speech-recognition provider. The processing location, availability and network requirements depend on the browser and device, and are not controlled by POM. Microphone access requires your browser permission. If dictation is unavailable, use your device keyboard microphone instead. Speech recognition may be inaccurate, particularly for names and unfamiliar language varieties.

Optional Cloudflare inference

Cloud model controls only appear when the operator has enabled a privately authorized inference backend. If you separately enable cloud use and provide an access key, the current question and up to four recent chat messages are transmitted to Cloudflare's Workers AI service for inference. POM's application code does not intentionally include your local notes, structured memories or correction collection in those requests. This feature is not enabled for the public unless its server configuration is activated. Hosting and provider infrastructure may retain operational logs under their own policies; a statement of no application database is not a guarantee of zero platform logs.

Learning and correction controls

After a model answer you can explicitly save a corrected answer locally, reuse it for exact matching questions when enabled, export a JSONL example file, or delete it. This does not train model weights. Exported examples may contain text you wrote, and they are not automatically uploaded or de-identified. Review them before sharing.

What does not happen

There is no account signup, payment capture, cryptocurrency or banking connection, public Standing score, financial settlement, general web browser tool, or automated messaging service in this version. PAGES Round Lab is a hypothetical calculation. Project links in the Apps section are ordinary links, not connected account permissions. The Hebrew reference preserves Compendium sources and does not certify historical pronunciation.

Cookies, preferences and consent

POM does not currently install optional analytics or advertising cookies. Therefore it does not display a misleading "Accept all cookies" banner. Local storage for functional notes and corrections only operates when you use those features. You control when a model is downloaded and whether cloud messages are sent.

Access, deletion and backups

Use POM's Memory area to export or erase memories, Notes to export or delete notes, and Teach POM to export or erase corrections. The app also offers a combined local-data erasure action. Deleting locally does not retract backups already exported or remote requests already handled by a provider. Browser settings can also clear data for the entire POM origin.

Hosting, security and changes

POM's site is delivered by Cloudflare Pages at pom-lily-labs.pages.dev. Static scripts are public, and the cloud backend requires server-side authorization when enabled. Stored browser data is not protected by account authentication. External model code and downloads introduce supply-chain and device-compatibility risks. Privacy and legal requirements will be reviewed again before accounts, analytics, paid subscriptions, or large-scale third-party data processing are added.
